How and when is payment made.
Payment can be only made by credit card and only after having completed the registration process. On compiling the specific form on the website, you authorise Fabriano Boutique s.r.l. to use your credit card, or other card issued in place of such, to debit on your account on behalf of Fabriano Boutique s.r.l. the total amount shown as the cost of purchases made on-line. The entire procedure is carried out via a secure connection linked directly to Banca Sella S.p.A., the Bank owning and managing the on-line payment service, which Fabriano Boutique s.r.l may not access. 
Also bear in mind that the amount payable for products purchased and relative shipping costs will be deducted from your account only after we have confirmed the order. 

What if a product is not available?
Although we will do everything possible to supply the products indicated in the Order Confirmation, it may arise that we are unable to supply these products. If this occurs, we will contact you to inform you and propose alternative products that you may purchase. In the event that you do not wish to accept our proposal, we will cancel your order for the products that we are unable to provide and the amount relating to your order will not be debited from the reference account.

How much will shipping cost me and how long will I have to wait?
Shipments have different characteristics depending on weights and destinations It is possible to calculate a shipping estimate before checking out.

What if the product is not up to expectations?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying any reason, within 10 working days from the date of receipt. Withdrawal must be expressed within the terms indicated above by sending a registered letter with confirmation of receipt specifying all data of the sale: sender, invoice n°., order n°, to the following address:

Within the same period, a telegram or a telefax may be sent which must nevertheless be followed within 48 hours by the registered letter with confirmation of delivery to confirming the withdrawal intention. 
Within the 10 working days, all goods purchased must be returned to the sender-supplier intact, in their original packaging and complete with any manuals, without any missing items. They can be shipped together with the registered letter as above. 
The cost of returning the goods and the means used will be the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by Fabriano Boutique s.r.l. if the goods are lost or damaged. The package must also be marked with the wording "Oggetto: recesso, ord. n., fatt. n., mittente" (Re: withdrawal, order n°, sender). 
Once Fabriano Boutique s.r.l receives the goods, a credit note for the full amount paid will be issued. The credit note will be refunded within 30 days if you decide not to make a purchase. 
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for purchases made in relation to business activities for which the Supplier has issued an invoice. 
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of purchase of made to measure or customised goods or those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
